Common questions
What teams ask before getting started.
Where is it hosted, and who can see the data?
In the UK, on the AWS London region, under UK GDPR. The council owns its data; we process it under a data-processing agreement, with role-based access and audit logs.
Is the resident-facing side accessible?
The resident portal is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, and we can provide an accessibility statement for your site.
Can residents report in Welsh as well as English?
Yes. The portal can run bilingual English and Welsh, built to support the Welsh Language Standards, and other languages can be added the same way.
Can you move our existing records in?
Yes. We migrate from spreadsheets, SharePoint lists, Parish Online exports, and service records as part of setup, with import logs and duplicate checks.
How is it priced?
A fixed annual subscription plus a one-off setup, sized to your staff and the configuration you need - no per-seat licensing. We quote against your requirements.
What happens if we want to leave?
There is a documented exit: a full data extract in open formats, transition support, and secure deletion. No lock-in.
